Position Overview

As a Production Assembler, you will work with aluminum and steel to fabricate and assemble high-quality louvers and dampers for the commercial HVAC industry. Every workstation plays a vital role in our production ecosystem. If you are detail-oriented, enjoy hands-on work, and want to see the direct impact of your efforts daily, you will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Precision Assembly: Follow detailed technical work orders to assemble products to exact customer specifications, ensuring a high level of accuracy from start to finish.
• Tool & Machinery Operation: Safely and skillfully utilize measuring tapes, drills, various hand tools, and specialized production machinery.
• Target Achievement: Work efficiently to consistently meet or exceed daily production schedules and volume targets.
• Physical Commitment: Thrive in a physically active, fast-paced warehouse environment that requires standing, bending, and the ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safety Leadership: Prioritize workplace safety above all else, operating all equipment responsibly and adhering to company safety guidelines at all times.
• Reliability: Maintain excellent attendance and everyday punctuality to support your team on the production floor.
