4100 Low Leakage Steel Control Damper

The Alumavent 4100 series is a low leakage standard performance steel control damper engineered with a rugged one-piece frame that locks together without bolts, screws, or rivets. The triple-vee blade design provides maximum strength, and non-corrosive bearings, concealed linkage, and a lock-together frame make the 4100 series very low maintenance. It is well suited for low-leakage, low to medium velocity and pressure commercial HVAC applications.

The 4100 series builds on the proven lock-together frame platform of the 4000 series, adding co-extruded santoprene blade seals and stainless steel compression spring jamb seals for low leakage performance. It is well suited for air handling systems in commercial and institutional buildings where tighter leakage control is required than an unsealed damper can provide, without the cost of a full aluminum control damper. The wide operating temperature range makes it suitable for both interior and exterior wall applications in cold climates.
