ACL400F / ACL405F 4 Inch Deep Airfoil Blade
The Ventex ACL400F/ACL405F is a 4" deep airfoil blade acoustic louver constructed from formed aluminum with a mineral wool insulated blade core. The airfoil blade design exhibits lower pressure drop at higher velocities compared to standard blade profiles, making it well suited to applications that require both noise reduction and efficient ventilation. Commonly used in pumping stations, portable generators, and other equipment enclosures where acoustic performance is a priority.

The ACL400F/ACL405F is designed for applications where both ventilation and sound attenuation are required. The airfoil blade profile reduces aerodynamic resistance at higher air velocities, while the mineral wool insulation within the blade cavity provides acoustic absorption. The perforated aluminum blade interior allows sound waves to enter the insulation medium, enhancing noise reduction performance. Typical applications include pumping stations and portable generator enclosures.
